Terms of Service

By creating or using a Leyamoo account, you agree to the rules below. Leyamoo is still in development, so features may be added, changed, limited or removed.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to accept these terms. You must not use Leyamoo where the law prohibits you from using a dating service.

2. Account

You are responsible for access to your account and for the reasonable accuracy of information you provide. Do not share login codes and report unauthorized access promptly.

3. Profile and content

You keep your rights in the text, photos and media you provide. You give Leyamoo the limited, non-exclusive technical permission needed to host, process, display, resize and transmit that content only to operate, secure and improve the service in line with your settings and this policy.

4. Dating and conduct

You are responsible for your interactions with other members. Respect consent, boundaries and the Community Guidelines. Leyamoo may act on accounts or content that create risk or break the rules.

5. Verification

A verification badge means a verification request was approved under the process available at the time of review. It is not a background check or a guarantee of legal identity, character, safety or compatibility.

6. Coins, rewards and paid features

Leyamoo coins are virtual feature credits usable only within the service for supported features. They have no monetary value outside Leyamoo, are not a bank account and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Free rewards, feature costs, Premium offers or purchase methods may be changed, limited or removed during development. Purchases processed by an external platform may also be governed by that platform’s rules.

7. Service availability

Leyamoo is provided while in development. The service may experience errors, interruptions, interface changes or temporarily unavailable features. Permanent availability is not guaranteed.

8. Prohibited use

You must not bypass security controls, access data without authorization, abuse automation, harass members, commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute illegal content or use Leyamoo to exploit minors.

9. Suspension and deletion

Leyamoo may limit or suspend an account where a violation, safety risk, fraud, legal obligation or investigation justifies it. Users can request account deletion from settings where the feature is available.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Leyamoo does not guarantee dating outcomes, compatibility, future conduct of a member or complete absence of errors.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leyamoo is not responsible for personal decisions made between members or acts of another user outside its control. Nothing in these terms removes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Applicable law

Mandatory laws that apply to the member and operator continue to apply. These terms do not remove consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated as Leyamoo evolves. Material changes should be communicated reasonably.
